FloSI

FloSI set up on Microhard Modems:

1. Change modem baud rate to match FloSI baud rate
2. Make sure the FloSI is set to ASCII
3. On the modem, change RS232 settings to be TCP Server/Client
4. Set Remote IP to App Server IP on 55554
