SCADACore callout configuration now has the option to change shifts with one click.

Setting up a Shift

We set up a Shift Call List the same way you would set up a normal call list. https://support.scadacore.com/content/report-live/callout-configuration/

Select the Callout Configuration Button at the top of the screen (for tab mode) or the alarm bell (for side menu)

Select Shift Call Lists Tab

Create a new Shift Call List and add callout users that will be assigned to an alarm when this group goes on call. This only needs to be done once (unless the shifts have been changed).

Select a new Shift Call List

After the Shift Call List has been created it can be used in the Call List Setup to assign an entire call list to the shift. Essentially copying the shift call list into the active call list.

Select the Shift you want to change “My Call list” to.

After Clicking Change it will change all the Callout User List to the new list from Shift 1.

This is now the active call list. It is not require to reassign callouts to the new call lists.
