Call List Configuration

The Callout Configuration button will let you manage users and their contact info, as well as the call lists.

User can be created and edited in the “Callout Users” tab. Users must have an email address assigned to receive e-mail alerts, and must have a valid 10 digit phone number assigned to receive SMS or voice alerts.

Users are then assigned to one or more call lists in the “Call list Setup” tab.

  • Order: Applies when voice alerts are set to “In Order” only. Alerts will go to each user in order until the alarm is acknowledged. Users can be repeated to receive multiple alerts if alarm goes unacknowledged.
  • Email: When set to “Always”, user will receive an email alert any time an assigned alarm is tripped, regardless of order. When set to “In Order”, and voice is also set to In Order, users will receive an email alert at the same time their voice alert is sent.
  • SMS: When set to “Always”, user will receive an SMS alerts any time an assigned alarm is tripped, regardless of order. When set to “In Order”, and voice is also set to In Order, users will receive an SMS alert at the same time their voice alert is sent.
  • Voice: When set to “In order”, Users will receive voice alerts in order until the alert is acknowledged by dialing “1” during or after the alarm message. When the alerts is acknowledged, no further users will receive alerts. Users with the same order number will receive voice alerts at the same time, and either of them can acknowledge the alarm.
