Archiving Sites

• Before archiving, record the SIM ID, IP Address

• Archive the unit (Click Archive and change the status to Archived)

• Check to see if unit is still on the Dashboard, if so, further action might need to be taken
• Add an Internal Note with SIM ID and IP address to the Ticket that requested the Archiving/Deactivation
• Also send Ticket Number, SIM ID, and IP Address to TechSupportAll and inform us that the site has been deactivated/archived

For Gems Units

• Cut and paste the site to the Archive folder
