Adding a User to a Call List

  • Go to Callouts
  • Click Call List Setup
  • Click Call List
  • Click Add User to Call List
  • Choose the User to add on the call list
    • NOTE: Verify if it is Email, SMS or Voice. You can copy the setup from other call list.
  • Click Update
